It was idea for my husband and I and my 89 year old mother. Lot's of thoughtful additions and very clean! It was quiet and very comfortable.
The house is well equipped and beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 3. VeeAn was quick to respond and provided great information about getting in the house and what was offered. We were able to do laundry which was a great bonus!
The AC was on when we arrived and the home was very comfortable. The owner was very attentive. It was a great stop on our way home.
VeeAnn was a lovely host with a personal touch. You can tell she takes pride in hosting this property. House was clean, stocked with snacks and coffee. Even the medicine cabinet had items for guests: bandages, bubble bath for any littles, tea tree oil(!). Every room has an AC unit. The kitchen is light and airy. Neighborhood is quiet. The location is close to the freeway, so if you or a family member is sensitive to these noises, then property might not be a good fit.
The property was perfect for my family to stay all together while in Spokane. VeeAnn was wonderful and very quick to respond to every message. The house was incredibly clean and in a quiet neighborhood. If we go back, we will definitely want to stay there again.
We appreciated the little touches which made this home so convenient. It had everything needed and more. Communication was fast and easy. House was clean and bedding was extremely comfortable. We walked down the street to the arboretum and enjoyed the location. Close to downtown but in the trees and feels like the mountains.
Probably was as described, Vee Ann is great to work with.
Easy. I called the renting agent, VeeAnn Pham ,and made all arangments through her as I done last year. She is an excellent agent.
Had a great stay! The house was clean, the beds were comfy. Had no issues with check-in process.
This place was a cute little house close to the Finch Arboretum, which is nice to walk around. The house itself was a little dark, and the lighting in the living room was hard to figure out and was not super accessible. The primary bedroom was ok. The bathroom was just ok too (could use some upgrades). Everything in the kitchen was fine. It was helpful to have access to a washing machine and a dryer.
This was a nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our stay. Host super responsive!
Great location
The property was very clean and close to downtown and we enjoyed the evening walks through the arboretum .
Great service, communication could NOY have been better. Ms. Pham was amazing.. recommend hi highly.
My sisters and I stayed here for a week. It is in between the airport and the city. The neighborhood is lovely as you are adjacent to the arboretum so it is lovely for those looking to spend time outdoors. It’s not walking distance to commercial areas but with a driveway, it is easy to park and feels safe.
