The single-storey house, with around 190 m² of living space, features a tastefully decorated lounge with satellite TV, aspacious fully equipped kitchen with dining table and direct access to the shaded pool terrace. There are four bedrooms (one with a double bed, three with single beds that can be joined) and four bathrooms with showers—three en suite and one outside by the pool. All bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning. The bedroom with single beds is in the gallery next to the lounge, accessed by stairs.

The highlight is the beautiful natural garden with lawn surrounding the pool. The covered terrace in front of the pool is furnished with a dining table and comfortable seating.
