Stayed Jun 8, 2022Great spot for our vacation with our oldest two (over 21) children. What beautiful sunrises from one balcony and sunsets from the other. The pier and area was hopping and a great place to people watch and engage in the entertainment as much or as little as desired. Literally steps to the beach to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean and all its beauty. A great get-a-way that has something for all.

Stayed Aug 15, 2021Our kids are 8 and 10 and could not have asked for a better week. The location is in the heart of it all! Steps to the beach, restaurants, the arcade, the pier and the amusement park! Kids were in heaven. The owners were very responsive and helpful. the unit was bigger than we expected, plenty of space for all of us.

Stayed Jul 3, 2021Booked for a week long stay 2 adults, 3 kids. This condo was great the views cannot be beat. Ryan is great if you have any issues communication with him is quick response. Location is right in the heart of OOB. Did not disappoint. Can’t wait to go back again.

Stayed Jul 25, 2020Had a nice stay. A couple of items which I feel need to be addressed. We had some flies, bugs in condo since we like to open the doors and get fresh air and see and hear the ocean. The side facing the water needs a screen door. Also the lighting in the main area is really poor. This area desperately needs either can lighting installed and/or a fixture above the table. We had a huge problem with the lighting. Also, in master the screen door needs repair. Holes are in the screen. Kitchen was great and had a lot of items which was great since we do a lot of cooking.
