apartment 5 minutes from airport

It’s a nice quiet neighborhood , there’s a local bakery, walking distance.

If you're looking for a quick stay before or after flying into San Juan, this will do the job. It was short on towels and washrags but we were exhausted n rested up for the remainder of our trip. The rooster's will wake you up that's normal here in PR. The large shared patio was a plus.

great stay i would stay again

It was very easy to access the property. Had all the amenities needed for our stay.

This property could be ok but there are roaches, ants and other bugs everywhere. The water pressure in the shower is awful. And the air conditioner leeks water close to the bed almost slipped on a puddle of water when I woke up from it leaking.

Nice apt, relaxing, spacious, tv in every room, food nearby, clean, and safe.

It was nice and close to where I needed to be and was fast and easily booked paid for for the price advertised with tax of course but still all in all it was wonderful for the last night there since we left the resort a day before our flight so it worked perfect, host was nice!

Water wasnt hot or much pressure to shower We had Roaches the bed was hard not comfortable at all room smells bad ? hope this place clean up there act to better i must say was close to airport

It needs some upgrades. But if you are looking for an overnight place to stay for near the airport, it's perfect.

The wifi barely worked. The water never got hot, all of the outlets were loose and plugs would fall out. Property swarming with cats and my sister and I are allergic and was unaware of all of the cats living on the property.

Unable to access rental and unable to reach host had to travel back to the airport again and had no place to stay as was affer midnight need to be refunded as paid for nothing

Can’t put it into words

Stayed here for 3 days and it was great. The room was fresh and clean and centrally located. The vistamar bakery was delicious and super close just as the Havana bakery. The supermarket was a nice short distance also. The outside area was perfect and the weather was beautiful. The water temperature and pressure were good also. We didn’t see any roaches and only saw one cat

So first let me say the owner didn’t give us any problems super nice . Far as the property itself it is false advertising. We had a 3day stay we had no hot water had to take a cold shower the shower water barely come out, there was roaches the walls looked like it had a lick no small towels,sheets had stains,and should definitely let people know this is a small apartment complex not a house.

I hated it! Not even gonna lie. There were cats all over the property, even snuck into our room a few times when our door was open. There were roaches by the refrigerator every single night. Bed was uncomfortable. Please don’t waste your time or money.

The shower didn’t work correctly. The water was only dripping.

Worth the price, nice location. Cheap Ubers; that arrive quickly. Worth what you pay.

We did not find this place. It was impossible to find. I contacted the owner more than once to help us find it but she answered 2 hours later. By then we had found another place to stay. We waisted our money in this place that we did not even stay at.

We just needed somewhere to stay before going back to the airport. This was a perfect location, as it was close to the airport and car rental return. The check in process was easy and i appreciated the communication from the owner/ manager. I would stay again.
