Beautiful and modern apartment in downtown Málaga

All was really great. Also excellent local restaurants close by with unbelievable low price ( Ham & cheese omelette and cappuccino and water for 7 Euros!). The host and his assistants are marvelous. Everything smooth. There is noise but that is charactistic of Malaga center everywhere so if you want quoet best to go more to the outskirts.

All in order. Nice flat, nice private balcony. There is noise inside and outside the flat, but that really is inevitable in Malaga center, and in fact it is a real characteristic of Malaga center, so best to see it as so and 'cute', rather than letting it become a concern.

Very friendly welcome. Nice touches like water in the fridge and tea bags etc. Well appointed and quiet. Convenient flat about 20min walk from central station. Short walk to old town etc. Nice sunny small balcony. Easy and responsive host for communication.

A very homely stay. About 15 min walk to the edge of the old town. Was so quiet and relaxing and a great amount of space with great amenities. A bit old but felt very niceThis was my first time using Vrbo and had a great experience. Extremely grateful to Jonatan for accommodating an early check in and super friendly check in and service from the kind cleaning lady. Would highly recommend as it’s well connected transport wise too. Thankyou for a lovely stay!!

Nice apartment - but the broken air conditioning was a BIG problem. Made it very difficult to sleep both evenings. If I would have known there was no working air conditioning we would not have booked here. Looking at old reviews it seems this has been the case for many years, which is disappointing.Beware if you struggle to sleep in the heat!

Apartment exactly as the listing. It is really clean and extremely well equipped. Ww were able to check in early, which was really helpful. Location ia great. About a 20 min walk to the old town, which was perfect for us.

The property was not set up for a long stay. We ran out of a few essentials like clothes washing power and toilet paper. It was a 25 minute walk into town for decent food and to do tourist things.

This property was clean and spacious, with two bedrooms. Generally it was well stocked, or though some additional basics like washing detergent would have been appreciated. The balcony provides some nice outdoor space. We used this property as a place to work remotely for a week in Malaga - unfortunately the internet connection was not good enough for this purpose. When working, the internet was rather slow and regularly dropped off calls. It then dropped off completely for the last 4 days of our stay. Unfortunately the host wasn't able to fix it in time. There is also a family in the flat on the floor above the flat who have a young baby that cried throughout the night. Of course, this isn't the host's fault, but worth noting. The master bedroom bed is a small double, so don't expect acres of space. Overall, the stay was fine but there is room for improvement. I would not recommend this apartment if you intend to work from the property.

When we arrived we did manage ti check in early.we then realised that there was only fans n an air conditioning unit was broken n had not been repaired.it was very hot n it was impossible to sleep in the small bedroom.appartment was very clean n tidy with enough amenities n close proximity to the shops.wifi never worked.owner should have mentioned PAID parking in the streets or supply a resident parking permit

Good space for long term stay. Plenty of room for two. Washer works well and kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. WiFi worked well for 4 weeks and then was out for 3 days before Jonatan was able to restart. Communication hit or miss. Jonatan and Rosa are certainly welcoming and gave a good orientation of the unit. Heater not especially effective though that could have been operator error! Certainly, heard other occupants close to us at times, but always quiet overnight though the garbage trucks do make a few minutes of noise 1-2 mornings a week. Fortunately, unit is on the 7th floor. All in all, a good stay. This was the third time we have stayed in this building.
