Beautiful and Cosy Apartment in the centre of Winchester

We loved staying at Claire's flat. Arrival was simple and communication was clear. The flat was very clean and well equipped with nice touches like milk in the fridge and tea and coffee to get you started. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook a meal if you like. Nice smart TV in the living room and a comfortable bed in the cosy bedroom.There is a shower over bath and all the windows open so you get a good flow through of air. There is also a good little electric fan supplied. The location is ideal and about 5-10 minute walk to the high street and all it's amenities. You can see the cathedral spire from the living room window. The surrounding streets are quiet and historic. The flat is on the top floor so that might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. It was fine for us. Claire is charming and helpful and we will gladly return as soon as we can to this comfortable property. Thank you for having us.

I chose this rental for the location and amenities. I needed to quarantine upon arrival, and I wanted a place where I could cook and be comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the flat is within the UberEats delivery area if I wanted takeaway. I was there on some hot days, but the flat stayed relatively cool and comfortable. The flat gets plenty of light and is very airy with the windows open, which made my quarantine much easier. I only had a car for 2 days, and although street parking is challenging to find there is a car park within 0.5 miles. I stayed for 10 days, and felt quite at home. Claire was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
