We have a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath rental just a block from the beach in Lavallette. This is the 2nd floor unit. Rental is fully furnished with a living room area and has Central A/C, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, wifi, outdoor shower, and plenty of off street parking. Huge shared yard with separate BBQ grills and outdoor furniture for each unit. We have a total of (3) units for rent at this location. All units can sleep up to 8 people. Stayed Aug 9, 2025It was very outdated. Mismatched kitchenware. Everything was just thrown in the cabinets. I have never rented from an VRBO that didn't provide sheets, pillows, towels, etc. The off street parking was non-existant.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Our family came in from Oregon and Pennsylvania. We all wanted to stay together and have a full beach vacation! This house was so close to the beach, shopping, attractions and fantastic food! The check in/check out am was super easy and smooth. Beach badges were a great bonus! Our hosts were so kind and responsive! This was great! Thank you so much for everything!

Stayed Aug 12, 2023Why a lovely home ! Clean, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. the location to the beach was perfect as well as to barnacle bills and restaurants! One of the toilets needed a new handle and someone answered my email within minutes . Someone came to fix it an hour later! Would definitely recommend

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Great location but very small bedrooms. Bathrooms need updating. Upper outside deck has old turf on it and the table was all uneven and dingy. Backyard is very nice but the outside shower has only cold water.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023A 5 minute walk to Trenton Beach. We walked to restaurants, ice cream and up and down the beautiful boardwalk. 5 minute drive to Seaside Heights, if you wanted rides and games. While the bedrooms were small, we were 6 adults and fit fine. The weather was beautiful so we were on the beach or grilling outside. You do share the backyard, but there are 3 grills and tables, so it worked out. Outdoor shower was great to get the sand off before you go inside.
