Stayed Aug 30, 2025Owner was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. The unit was clean and new. There is no dish washer, be prepared for that. Street parking is easy and right next to the house and the beach is a short walk (not the ocean, but Tom’s River).

Stayed Jul 25, 2025This house was extremely nice and in a great location. A group of my friends got together to vacation at the house and we had a lovely time. The home is spacious and everything seemed to be brand new. There were little touches that were unexpected and extremely appreciated, like beach chairs, beach towels, beach tags and mini toiletries. The host was very kind and extremely responsive to questions. It is a very short walk to a small bayside beach and about 30 minutes from Island Beach State Park. There are at least 3 places to eat on the block and tons more if you are willing to drive. I will be looking into staying here again next year. It was an incredible time!
