Getting Around:
The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis. 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle.

Late check out fee is at $50/hour
There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors
No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our automated entry system, however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise :)
This was the perfect spot! We were in town for the Monumental Marathon and we didn’t have to drive anywhere. We were actually right by the corrals. Great for families as well. Bring black out curtains if you like darkness in the rooms and I would recommend a sound machine as well. The entrance is actually on W Market St. There are two parking garages near by, one is approx $26-28 a night, the other one is double. Make sure you get not only the code for the padlock on the door, but the building code to be able to get into the building.
Great location, clean unit. Very bad communication with the property owner, was without WiFi the entire week and his handyman was confirmed to be on the way multiple times and never showed.
Very nice property. Management was good. Entrance is not where the address is. It is around the corner. Made getting in stressful. Once we were in it was great.
The pictures are pretty accurate. However, there are 2 chairs in the livingroom which gives you seating for 4 people. The kitchen is beautiful. The 2 rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. I like that you have to walk up a few stairs to the room with your private restroom. There are TV's in each room and the livingroom. The only thing that disappointed me with my stay was there was no firestick remote, so we couldn't watch tv in the livingroom. Also, the cleaning company didn't do their job the way it should have been done, but it was an easy fix. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and will book again. It was a safe environment. *I would recommend black out curtains for the bedroom because with the blinds there is a lot of light from the foyer.
