Beautiful 1 bd, Tree Top breeze and vistas, in town, only 5 min to the beach

We had a fantastic time staying in puerto Morelos and the accommodation was perfect. Very close to the beach and in a quiet area. Will definitely go back and stay in the future.

I kinda wanted to gate keep this place but it’s hard to when it’s so awesome. Perfect location, nice and quiet and a 15 minute walk to groceries, restaurants and cabs. The pictures don’t do it justice. Nice big and spacious the balconies on either side were great. Check in was super easy and the office is right around the corner so if you need anything it’s all right there. This place made our trip and was worth the little extra we spent. We’ll definitely be back again

Beautiful 2 floor villa, tastefully decorated on a quiet street. Fantastic service and assistance provided graciously by Millie, the property manager. Fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a pleasure.Views from the 2 private terraces were a great bonus.

Reviewer Comments: Our beautiful condo had 2 terraces: a very spacious rooftop with view of the ocean and chaise lounges, table and 4 chairs and a terrace off the kitchen overlooking the quiet tree lined street. The bed was the best quality: firm but soft. Lots of windows for light and breezes with ac & fans back up. Note the condo is on 2 floors and bedroom is on top floor with no bathroom so nighttime visits going down & up 13 steps is the challenge! Staff went out of their way to accommodate us with check out time, taxi, help with luggage.

It was evident to me that maintaining the grounds is a labor of love. The property is so beautiful. Also, everyone was so patient with me as I practiced speaking Spanish. Another plus was that bicycles were provided. The town square, restaurants, stores and beaches are very close so for me it was the perfect form of transportaion. Overall wonderful stay.

I have stayed at many many Abbey Del Sol properties and this one ranks as one of my favorites for sure! (They are truly ALL wonderful -Casa Zarah is also a DREAM-, you can’t go wrong with any of Abbey Del Sol’s properties). Casa Sonoma #4 is flooded with light from sun up to sun down (with black out curtains should you prefer a little shade). The windows are so plentiful all throughout the unit and the way the wind flows through them is truly magical. The views and terraces are unmatched. Ocean from one terrace, expansive jungle from the other, breathtaking sunsets, completely open sky and views overlooking Puerto Morelos as far as the eye can see. The strong breezes from the ocean keep the terraces comfortable even in the hottest temperatures. So so so clean 🤩! (All of the properties are). With the best pillows, thoughtful lighting and gorgeous tile throughout etc etc. Fully stocked kitchen. If you desire a quiet, peaceful and a zen vacation, I would highly recommend.

So much space for a one bed/one bath with ample storage for one’s groceries, clothes, toiletries, etc.... Well equipped kitchen for those who may choose to cook (this lady wasn’t cooking on her vacation 😂). Huge water jug containing fresh water for drinking and free refills also. The Abbey del Sol staff was so wonderful and we always felt so welcome entering their office - every question and inquiry was met with respect and a quick response - the office staff arranged our snorkeling trip, cenote trip and many taxi rides (made us feel more safe than picking someone anonymously on the beach). Very kind and welcoming people at Abbey del Sol and Puerto Morelos - very respectful and kind, generous people.
