Once you leave the peaceful and luxurious cocoon of the apartment set out to enjoy one of Sydney and the world's premier beaches. It's bordered by kilometers of oceanfront and waterside walkways just ready to be discovered.

If its beautiful food you're after then you are in the right place. Manly is awash in options from a local fish and chip shop to iconic silver service waterside dining.

For those that love the water, hire a surfboard and catch the waves, snorkel the beauty of Cabbage Tree Bay Aquatic Reserve at Shelly Beach or enjoy the still water serenity in Manly Harbour. If this is a little too much activity grab a good book, a towel and sunnies and just laze by the water enjoying the natural beauty.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know

- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

    Loved our stay here - great unit, views, comfortable beds. Only negative was there was only 1 lift working but I believe the other one is waiting on parts for repair. Would definitely stay here again.

    The most amazing stay! Everything was clean, tidy, comfortable and accommodating. The view is incredible and the visits we had from the cockatoos in the morning and afternoon were a delight. The paid parking right across the street was so convenient and you are so conveniently located to shops, bars and restaurants all within 2 min walk of the apartment. We will definitely be staying again.

    Stayed in this block 3 times in total, great layout of the appartment, great location in Manly and Manly is a great place to visit. Only 1 point to raise it was difficult to find the number of the appartment while checking in, it took us some time to find it therefore suggest you state the number on booking.

    Compact apartment with everything we needed, comfy bed we could lie in listening to the ocean. Lovely little balcony just enough to bring outside in. Well equipped kitchen. We loved this apartment.

    Manly is wonderful and the property is great! In a great location and easy manage public transportation. There were no instructions left in the property such as where the rubbish bins were and there was no parking pass though the instructions stated it would be on a hook next to the door after entry to the apartment. I did contact your staff and let them know there were no instructions or parking pass and they never got back with me. I have stayed in that same building on a prior trip and love the location. Wish your staff would returned my call or email. All in all I woud stay there again to visit my family that lives there.

    The property looked exactly as it did in the listing. It was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for a lovely stay. Property management was quick and responsive when I had a question. Glad it wasn't too hot as the lack of A/C would have been a concern. Would definitely go back again.
