Beachside new luxury apartment with sea & mountain views, great location & Wi-FI

Rachael tried hard to be a good host. Property was very nice with a lovely pool area, although too cold in mid November for us. Quite a modern apartment with garage parking and a lift up if needed. I found it quicker to walk, and good exercise. Really pleasant apartment with just a couple of little niggles for us. The toilet seat kept sliding to one side and falling off it's supports. It can be a little noisy if you like to sleep with the window open, as it's next to the main road. Would definitely recommend though, especially slightly more in season.

Clean and modern apartment in excellent location 3 minute walk from beach. 5 minute walk from several restaurants and pharmacy. 2 minute walk from small local food shop and 10 minute walk from major supermarket. When the power went out across Spain, Rachael and Javier were there online and on the phone to help us in any way. Thank you for your care, support and professionalism.

Great appartment excellent location

The apartment was exactly as described. Spacious and modern with everything we needed. The balcony facing the sea is great...gonna miss that view! The hosts are fantastic, very responsive, helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was super responsive and even sent an email to check in how we were doing after a couple of weeks. The local rep/handyman was very helpful when the washing machine needed a quick repair so we were able to continue using it for the remainder of our stay. The apartment was everything we needed.

The Apartment is exactly as described. Very nice ,Spacious and very clean. We spent a month there and enjoyed every minute. Rachael and Javier,our hosts responded to our every need and were extremely helpful. We highly recommend renting from them. You will not be disapointed.

We had an excellent time staying at this apartment. It is modern and well appointed and close to shops and restaurants. The lounge area leads onto a balcony which overlooks the communal pool and very well kept gardens. The only small problem for us was that on our visit in February /March the sun did not reach the balcony and was cold to sit outside. The gardens however did catch the sun and were very pleasant to sit in. This small problem, however did not detract from the enjoyment of our overall stay .

First, I would like to say what an excellent experience we had with the owners of this property from the time before booking, when we had some questions, right through to after our stay. Rachael always replied to our messages very quickly, and was kind and helpful. This helped to make the process pleasant and stress-free. The apartment itself is excellent. It is new, clean and fitted out with a modern, uncluttered look. The photos give a true idea of how it really is. The views are lovely. The kitchen, living room and balcony all have a sea view, with the trees from the garden in the foreground. The bedrooms look over a space which is undeveloped and is filled with wild grasses, etc, with the mountains in the background. The whole complex feels very secure, with locked gates on all sides, and there is secure underground parking. We found that having a car was useful (we pre-booked one through Auto Europe at Valencia airport - it was reasonably priced and worked out cheaper for our family of four than using public transport to get to Denia). Having said that, if you were happy to spend your days on the beach and in the pool, you could manage without a car. There is a supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and also some restaurants within walking distance. I think there is a bus to Denia town centre and harbour. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the pool is a nice size and well maintained. Our children had it to themselves in April, which they really enjoyed! The beach is very close and it is quiet and tastefully developed, with only three or four storey buildings bordering it, so that the natural contours and the mountain backdrop are not obscured. Inside the apartment, we were really impressed to see that everything was of such good quality (even the clothes hangers were wooden and matching and there were plenty of them - that was a first for us!). There was everything present to make for a pleasant stay. I loved the fact that, in addition to having a dishwasher, there were also plenty of plates and cutlery to fill it. The beds were extremely comfortable. I suffer with back problems and almost never have a good night's sleep away from home, but these mattresses were brilliant! The arrangements for getting the key worked well, and the fact that there was such excellent communication with the owners gave us peace of mind in that regard. We highly recommend this property and would be very happy to have another holiday there.
