Thisproperty is located right behind the Ocean Center with no neighbors on one side. The Daytona Lagoon waterpark is a 3 minute walk away and the boardwalk and beach are a 5 minute walk away!

Full use of the courtyard and the picnic tables in the common area!

Private FIRST FLOOR 500 sq ft apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. There is a portable 2-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! Everything is new at this fully renovated apartment!

The building is in the back of the property for more privacy and has a communal courtyard. The upstairs apartment will also have guests vacationing & is also available for rent on Airbnb.

No need for a car at this home! Excellent location for walking, biking or enjoying an electric scooter ride!
The street parking, located on the street behind the property is easily accessible and a 3 min walk.

If you bring a pet, they must be housebroken. Fully fenced in yard! Please keep dogs on a leash for the safety and respect of other guests. Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well.

The green building you are staying in is tough to see from the road because it is so private, but is behind the front peach building.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload Photo government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Free on street parking for guests on the street behind the property. It’s a 3-4 min walk from the parking area. When parking, you must park with the flow of traffic. 2 parking passes are given, so there is a max of 2 vehicles/ motorcycles that can park.
Guests must contact host prior to booking if they are wanting to bring a trailer.
Baby High chair, baby bath, baby monitor and pack n play available by request only prior to arrival.
Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill
For your furry friends, it's $20 per pet per night. 4 or more pets is by approval only and price varies.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 3rd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 3 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

A separate $20 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month.

    Small but very adequate for size. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. owners thought of a lot of little things you may forget. Would stay again.

    Perfect rental for a few days stay in Daytona Beach. Great accommodations for my 5 month old (travel crib and baby monitor). Plenty of room for sleeping and just enough room for relaxation

    It is a small 2 bedroom cottage, recently renovated. No central air, but 3 window units. Pet friendly which is a huge plus and difficult to find. Beds in both rooms are comfortable and spacious. Couch pull out could use replacing. We purchased a mattress topper to help with it, but it is just old and needs replacing. Bathroom clean and renovated but for a beach retreat lacks in the appropriate water pressure. Our host was very responsive to requests which was wonderful.. Does not have a stove or oven- only two hotplates, which works in a pinch but isn't ideal. Overall for what it is, location pet friendly and price, was worth it. Only a few tweaks and it would be PERFECT
