Sleeping two in a super and comfortably spacious one-bedroom ground floor apartment, Beachside at Hartland House on The Esplanade overlooks Woolacombes’ main beach.

With parking for one car this newly converted apartment also has a private entrance and twoshower rooms. Entering from the front into the main living area, its easy to see why this space is open plan as there is a sea view from anywhere in the room through the gorgeous original bay window which dominates the front of the apartment.

Beautiful grey gloss kitchen units with built in appliances has a wrap round worktop and the table and chairs for dining sit nicely in the bay window to enjoy the best view. The large 3-seater and 2-seater sofa in a pale grey fabric are sumptuous and comfortable for watching sunsets or TV in the evenings.

From this area is a separate shower room with WC and basin and there is also the lovely bedroom with king-size bed, bedsides, dressing table chest of drawers and built in co-ordinating wardrobe all following the pale greys that flow through this stunning place.
This super comfortable bedroom has a full and spacious en-suite shower room with WC and hand basin.

One of the other features that stand out for this apartment are the two private outdoor spaces. One directly outside the living room bay window accessed from the front door and another lower platform where a picnic table offers the chance for al fresco meals or that sundowner whilst watching the sunset. This is an absolutely stunning seafront property with promise of being very sought after as a holiday home for any time of the year, the ever changing view from this apartment will be enjoyed come rain or shine.

    Just returned from a weeks holiday a heavenly flat in Woolacombe. It was lovely and comfortable and it was overlooking the beach. It was so relaxing I feel refreshed.

    Beachside is an ideal compact flat for two people in an excellent location in Woolacombe. The views from the main living room are spectacular and the flat is well appointed and well maintained. We look forward to staying in Beachside again.

    Location superb. Property excellent, as expected from last year. Only (slight) concern is that there are no grab handles in the shower. Can be slippery, so anyone infirm could easily have an accident. Shame about the weather !

    Our stay last week in Beachside, Woolacombe was excellent, helped by brilliant weather for pretty much the whole week. The apartment was superb, everything we needed for what was intended to be a restful break, and more. The apartment itself was very clean and in excellent condition with uninterrupted vies of the sea and across the beach and, because of the weather we were able to sit outside on the terrace enjoying the fantastic views. The kitchen was very well appointed with good equipment, all of which worked without problem, and for which all of the manuals were readily available, in fact we had absolutely no trouble throughout our stay. The instructions for access, key safe etc. were simple and straightforward and even includec a warning about the tight parking access. The parking issue didn't really affect us as there were very few other car on site throughout, but I can imagine that access being a little awkward if all of the spaces were in use, In summary a superb stay in a brilliant apartment to which we will have no hesitation to return.

    Nice comfortable well equipped apartment. Lovely views and close to all amenities. Parking is tight and challenging if other residents vehicles are parked ( we drive a VW Polo). Would definitely consider returning and would recommend it to anyone.

    Beachside is absolutely superb. It is spacious, comfortable, well decorated and very tidy & clean. The main thing is the view - from the settee, you can see for miles, all the way along the beach to Putsborough. It is spectacular. The bedroom is a good size and there is plenty of storage space, and 2 bathrooms ! I really struggle to find any fault or concern with Beachside except the car parking is a bit tight but that is specified in the description so you are aware. As I said in the title, I have never rated a place so highly. We have already booked 2 more visits.
