Stayed Sep 13, 2024Property was great. Staff was friendly. Beach was easily assessable and there were toys, floats and chairs available for communal use. Fantastic stay.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024Both kitchen and bathroom sinks were clogged and water didn't drain. Maintenance came but couldn't fix it. We contacted customer service but no one came to fix it after that. We had to spend the night without being able to use the sink and experienced the worst short gateway.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024I thought I was dealing with VRBO which I’ve had good experiences and not Vacasa whom I swore never to rent from again with my bad experience just this past winter. They rented us a “posted uninhabitable” ski chalet property completely abandoning us in the NC mountains. This time it was an overpriced parking lot view Condo on PCB. Let me know if it’s Vacasa or I lease with someone else!

Stayed Jun 28, 2024This was an amazing place to stay! As if we were in heaven!! It was perfect! The view, the atmosphere, the people were so friendly! This room even offers beach chairs, has games for your room and everything you need for a stay!!! I absolutely enjoyed our time and the ease of placement of all the info to make our stay extremely comfortable and easy!! Will definitely stay here again and recommend Vacasa & this specific room to all my TENNESSEE FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!
