The space has a living-dining room with a built-in kitchen, with fast Internet and Wi-Fi connection and all the comforts of a home away from home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The property has a terrace and a private garden overlooking the sea where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (a full bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower and a bathroom with a sink and toilet).
Bed linen, bath towels and bathroom essentials (toilet paper and soap) are provided. If you are staying with us for more than a week, the weekly cleaning service is also free.
On request and free of charge, the apartment has a cot and baby chair, a desk and a computer screen.

The apartment is located within a gated community. From the private garden you can access the sandy beach through a well-kept community garden. In this garden, near the entrance to the beach, you will find a comfortable shower.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood of Alcudia beach, just 5 minutes walk from supermarkets, water sports, bicycle rental, public transport, doctor and pharmacy, 15 minutes walk from Puerto de Alcudia and all its services and 15 minutes drive to the exceptional Alcanada golf course and Pollença Bay

- Respect the break from 23:00 to 8:00.
- It is forbidden to hold parties.
- Maximum number of occupants: 4 + 1 baby.
- For the convenience of the guests, if possible the entry can be advanced and the exit delayed.
- We carry out a lease contract that will be signed on the day of arrival with the Passport data.
- Responsible use of air conditioning is requested.
- Cleaning is included in the price. The cleaning of the dishes and the removal of garbage is not included.
- Some stays can be less than 7 days.
- For guest comfort, if it is possible, we can advance the check in time and delay the check out time.
- We make a lease agreement that will be signed on the day of arrival, with your Passport data.
- Forbidden parties. Maximum number of occupants: 8 + 1 baby.
- A responsible use of the air conditioning is requested.

HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA
The apartment is 200 meters from a public bus stop with line to the airport and lines TIB 351, 352 and A32 to Palma, Pollensa, Can Picafort, Inca and other destinations. Consult the Consorci de Transports de Mallorca TIB website. You will find bicycles and cars for rent just 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.

Lovely little apartment close to the beach. Walking distance to shops and lots of wonderful restaurants. Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus in the morning. Very quiet area! Loved it

Perfect location leading directly onto beach with short walk into resort centre from peaceful gated garden. Ada quickly sorted any issues that we needed help with. Would definitely return.

Great location. Near restaurants, groceries and shops. Property is on the beach. Perfect for swimmers, walkers and cyclists. Just down the beach from the noisier bars, etc, so nice and quiet. The ONLY problem we had was mosquitos.
We got the choice 100% right. Garden apartment is beautiful. Very well equipped. Perfect location, in front of the beach, very familiar, super quiet and silent. The contact with the responsible for the apartment went very well and also made it easier for us to check in and check out. A priceless treatment. We want to go back for sure!
Great place to stay! Everything you need is there, very clear instructions on every aspect you could think of. Very green area, nice view from terrace on the sea. Close walk to all the restaurants.
This is a great apartment with all you need for a perfect family holiday. It has an unbeatable location...beach is just in front of the garden door, all necessary facilities including a big Eroski supermarket are just around the corner. The nice garden is perfect for the kids who have spent most of the time playing outside. We have spent already our second holiday in this apartment and this time it was even better thanks to the recent nice reconstruction of the interior. The only little problem was when we ran out of gas for the cooking but it was fixed very quickly by the owner. We will definitely come back again.
