Just minutes away from the wide range of restaurants, shopping & fishing charters of Santini Marina.Our privet paths leads you to the Golf of Mexico's white sand beaches, tennis & shuffleboard courts, the large heated pool, beautiful beaches. MemoryFoam Beds.

Our place is very open concept, a full newly remodeled unit.
Also the use of a dividing wall you can put away or close off the spacious king bedroom, smart tv, full bathroom. A queen Memory foam pull out cabinet bed is available in the living room where, you still have use of a couch and a full kitchen, smart TV, & Beautiful views.

Our Pool is Open ready for you to Enjoy your sunning or swimming right by the beautiful white sand and teal colored water of our beautiful beach full of beautiful seashells. We have fully remodeled and upgraded everything. During your stay you will have Full access to everything in the condo unit and grounds the swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, courts, pickle ball, the laundry room the beach the parking the patio and Pool & Sun deck chair’s (just will need to follow Open and Closed times for common use areas) Please contact me if you have any questions regarding use of any of the facilities.

Checkin Information:
Upon arrival,
1st- please stop at building B (the middle building) at the desk across from the office and fill out the packet for guest then drop it in the locked box on desk or in office if open.
This will include your parking pass and the required construction waivers needed to be signed by everyone staying. Thank You.

I am available 24/7 by Phone,Text 541-350-2887or Email. I also have on call repair and maintenance, some if witch would need an appointment during work hours.

This is truly the beach life type of area you will find, the condo itself is on the third floor of a secured entry to elevator or stairs and then secured coded door into condo. The grounds of the Condo Estate, Estero Beach and Tennis has security on watch.

No need to have a car, as there is a Bus, Trolley and Ubber & Lift or Taxi. All that will take you up and down the Golf Beaches and popular Attractions

There was a fire safety test that the fire marshal found a Leak in the system, (our condo was not affected, only received fans and dehumidifiers to help dry any possible moisture, protecting us from any damage, we had No damage) only damage was Outside our unit in the hallway (only causing water damage in hallway,) They very quickly replaced all affected areas with new materials and completely upgraded the fire system to a very safe system, with no problems. We have passed all fire safety test, since our guest Grace stayed with us and we relocated her to another unit. Please Note that our Condo is fully operational and ready for you to relax and enjoy this beautiful amazing Island ️
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind Inside Condo or on Balcony. All Garbage taken out and Dishes cleaned or left in dishwasher before leaving.

    We enjoyed our time at the condo. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially at sunset. The unit is on the beach and within walking distance are CVS, 7 Eleven, an Italian restaurant, a coffee shop and an ice cream shop.

    We always enjoy Fort Meyers Beach. However recovering from the hurricanes is going to take some time. The local amenities still aren’t there.

    Fort Myers is slowly recovering from Hurricane Ian but the area is still as beautiful as ever. The property is located literally within steps of the gulf and the views of the sunset from the balcony were breathtaking. The area has so much to offer and this property is an excellent place to enjoy that. There was a little hiccup with the cleanliness of the property, but the property manager immediately responded and we resolved the issues quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property in spite of that and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

    Room and view was amazing. Very well decorated and the sunsets were incredible. For sure a lot of construction activities and noise but was expected. Would stay here again.

    The condo was nice and view was excellent however the peoperty was in heavy construction. Every morning we were awakened to jack hammers grinding sawing and poundding on the exterior. There was sawing drilling and pounding inside that sounded next door. The pool was closed and was full of disgusting foul smelling water. The elevators worked sporadically and the laundry was inconvenient and lacked lights. The host was less than forthright. She only answered specific questio. Future guests need to be warned they are entering a heavy construction zone.
