Stayed Dec 27, 2025Great location and view. Clean and tidy. TV and room furnishings could do with updating. Booked the room knowing that own linen was required and key collection is at Coolangatta, but it would be great if this was all onsite.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025The access to the beach is excellent. The elevator service is sweet. The view of the ocean is very good. We felt very safe during Cyclone Alfred. We always had power and water. The parking underground is very convenient.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The advertising was misleading. It is well over 2.0 kilometres to the shops. You were not right on the beach as the rear fence was all blocked off and no access was permissible. It is very disruptive going to pick up keys and then having to drop them back if you have no transport. A nice touch though was the welcome pack that had basic tea, coffee sugar and cleaning products.

Stayed Dec 27, 2019Ridiculous that you have to drive the keys all the way to coolangatta (opposite direction of Brisbane) in order to drop off the keys all before 9:30am.
