This beautiful 3bedroom and 3 bathroom condominium, located on the 7th floor, is what every traveler, family or couple envisions as a perfect place to relax while on vacation. The beautiful Villamagna development is located on the stunning Banderas Bay on the longest stretch of beach in Nuevo Vallarta. With spectacular views of the ocean and the impressive Sierra Madre Mountains, the property is surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of one of Mexico’s most beautiful beaches on the Pacific west coast. The Villamagna development is comprised of 4 towers. Towers one through three are condominiums and tower 4 is the Wyndham Alta. As condo guests, you have access to some resort services which include: •Access to all of the seven restaurants on site (not the coffee shop) and you can buy items individually or purchase the all inclusive. The hotel also provides all-inclusive food and beverage options which will allow you to have a true resort experience with all drinks and food at your fingertips. Resort services can be purchased upon arrival directly from the hotel. The condo features: •Master suite with a king size bed and an attached bathroom, walk in closet and Jacuzzi tub with access to the private balcony with incredible ocean and mountain views. •Second bedroom with two twin beds, a dresser, wall closet and a second bathroom just to the left of the bedroom. •Third bedroom which is complete with a bunk bed and that can house two people with an attached private bathroom. •Fully functional and equipped kitchen. •Dining space with a large table that can seat 6 adults with an attached living area that has a large couch and flat screen TV. •Private balcony with a gas grill and large patio that can seat 6 adults comfortably. Only 6 people can stay in the condo and our renters are not allowed to invite guests. This is not our rule, but the rules of the entire condominium. There is an onsite manager in case you need anything! This neighborhood is awesome! There are dozens of amazing local restaurants serving traditional Mexican food and a variety of international restaurants. At the condo, you can participate in plenty of activities including water aerobics, dance classes, yoga on the beach or just enjoy yourself walking on the beach or grabbing a cup of coffee. Puerto Vallarta is approximately 15 minutes away and there are plenty of night clubs, shopping, art galleries and adventure trips. Getting around is very easy. You can rent a car, take taxis or use the bus system. I can also get you in touch with a wonderful couple who will pick you up from the airport, take you grocery shopping or on any local excursion. It is very personal and safe! April 1st-November 31st utility fees: due to the high cost of air conditioning during the hottest months, we charge $75 per week to cover these fees. We will pro-rate these fees if you are between weeks. This will be included in the overall fees on airbnb.
