Unit 173 is located on the first floor and is accessible by either elevator or stairs. This cozy 2BR/2BA has everything you can possibly need to enjoy some much needed R&R! It has been newly renovated and thoughtfully decorated to reflect the coastal area. The living room offers ample seating with a sofa and 2 swivel recliners as well as counter stools. Relax in front of the 65 Smart TV after a long day of exploring or sunbathing. Though there are many dining options in the area, you can enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, 50 smart tv, closet with hangers, as well as a dresser and linen armoire where you will find the bath towels as well as beach towels. The 2nd bedroom features a full-size bed as well as a twin loft bed with plenty of storage in the stairs and a 43 smart tv. The indoor air is purified by an AC duct air purifier UV light.

Island Winds West has many amenities to enjoy, included a heated pool and wading pool for the little ones, bbq pits and picnic area, outdoor showers for rinsing salt and sand, onsite gym located on first floor (2nd level), vending machines and ice machine in lobby

PARKING DETAILS AND FEES

Upon arrival, you need to check in at the office located in Island Winds East to get a parking pass. There is a $50 fee for each car if you prepay on the parking portal (website) at least one day prior to arrival, and you can purchase up to 2 passes. Passes not prepaid cost $60. Passes are valid for the length of your stay. Parking is on a first come, first served basis. Parking pass policies are mandated by the HOA.

    Well stocked condo, beautiful, great view from balcony, placed in the best part of Gulf Shores! So many places with in walking distance- Souvenirs, food, and beverages all can be reached by foot. No doubt we will be renting this condo again.
