Stayed May 8, 2025Only thing that took away from the place was the loud construction on the road and trying to pull out of the parking area onto Jimmy Buffet memorial highway. But that is out of the host's control. Great stay nonetheless.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024A hotel is being built nearby. The builders use the entrance to the hotel as an unloading platform. This is very dangerous.

Stayed Sep 3, 2021The property was small, the parking area needs some renovating and the elevator was not working. Luckily, we stayed in the 3rd floor. I really loved that the property has a private beach entrance, we were able to swim peacefully and quiet (there are no life guards). Our room had a view of the ocean, kitchen and a murphy bed - our room was cute. We were in walking distance of the shore and boardwalk - that area was very nice and family friendly. For a quick gateway, this place is okay but the property does need some TLC.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025This is my second time staying at one of Terri’s condos and it won’t be the last!The property is so well maintained. It’s RIGHT on the beach, with a lovely heated pool. Yes. There is construction next door, but when you have a beautiful beach and amazing owners/caretakers like Steve and Terri, it doesn’t matter. I’m so glad I found this gem of a place and cannot wait to come back!
