Stayed Aug 20, 2025Location, location, location! There was no better location to stay than this apartment. The beds were comfortable. The room was comfortable (although the white couch could use a cleaning). You are right on the beach in the center of all the fun of Estepona.We felt very safe staying there. Our only complaint would be that there was no parking even though parking was promised. Without a parking spot you spend hours driving around looking for one.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Very happy with the property. Bathroom was lovely as it had been refurbished. Fantastic views from the balcony and you can put the glass windows across for safety if you have children.

Stayed Apr 22, 2019We stayed at this apartment from 22/04/19 till 29/04/19 their was 3 of us in total. The apartment is on the 9th floor with wonderful views of playa de Rada and the promenade. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you may need for your vacation. The host Alexis met us on arrival and explained everything to us their was all the basics bread, milk sugar etc. Supermarket was about 100 metres away with a good selection of groceries. Their are 2 small elevators that took a mobility scooter that we hired. So everything was perfect.
