Located next to Paseo Jaume I, just 50 metres from Llevant Beach, they offer beautiful front sea views from the terrace. The complex, with a family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere, has a spacious communal area with swimming pools and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Additionally, the premises have free communal Wi-Fi connection. We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together.



The UHC NOVELTY APARTMENT is a very bright and comfortable accommodation. Designed so that a couple or small family can enjoy all the comforts during their stay in Salou.

- Possibility of parking in a nearby building on the same street at 150 m. With supplement and upon request and availability.

- Free community WIFI.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery.     Although i have given 5 stars and i would stay here again, there were a few things that niggled slightly. On arrival you get a small parcel with a dishcloth and sponge, a travel size washing up liquid, 2 tablets for the washing machine. How they think you can wash 7 days of dirty dishes with the amount given is ridiculous. Obviously had to buy a large one from the supermarket and then because you literally have to clear out everything on leaving the propery, this had to be thrown away! Only 1 loo roll so again, bought some and had to throw 2 away. The same with salt and pepper. Such a waste. We understand we have to buy them, thats not the issue, its the fact you couldnt leave them for them to be made use of. Couldnt you supply sachets of salt and pepper at least? They also dont supply a tea towel. Called to say we didnt have one and was told they dont supply them. Why? These little things are annoying. On arrival there were 4 coat hangers for 2 adults for a 7 night stay. Called the office and was told i could walk to the office to pick some up. The office is a 15 minute walk away and we had been walking around all day from 11am waiting to pick the keys up at 4pm. Arrived at the property about 4.30pm and they wanted me to walk back to the office to fetch hangers that should already have been there so that would have been another 30minute round trip. However, the next day a man came with 10 new hangers. The aprt is beautiful and would return, it just needs more thought.
