Beachfront 4bedrooms apartment free parking

Re communication. Things came through in German and it was trial and error to understand. There is a bus route but we could not figure it out. It would have been nice to have a one page that said the number. Bus stops at. Every. And goes to. We averaged over 20,000 steps a day on our Fitbit and some days our legs got tired. Also, we had never used an induction stove top and figured it out and there was a full page booklet but again, a one paragraph primer left by the stove. Same thing for garbage. You figure it out but a one page primer. Overall a very clean property, all the start up items were there. Coffee, fruit,etc. plus you could see that people leave things, such as spices, etc. we left a couple. The promenade was great and used by so many and along the beach. Other communication concern. We had a difficult time speaking with Juan and were as much at fault in not being able to understand better. I would give this property a ten out of ten and whenever there was a question Metcedes answered it

Extremely kind host and home was very clean. Uber or walking distance to most all points of interest. Would highly recommend.

Well equipped and spacious. Mercedes was a delight. Perfect for a week Malaga and home base to be explore the Costa del Sol.

We loved the area and the view of the beach from the property. The apartment is very spacious and larger than expected. The only issue for us was the parking as we had a small van that wouldn't fit in the assigned parking stall so we had to find alternate public parking.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect. Everything you need for a wonderful stay in Malaga.

The owner of the property was very friendly and even brought us food for breakfast and gave us suggestions for restaurants

This home was absolutely perfect. It was quaint, modern and had great views of the beach. Such a beautiful place to stay. Mercedes was a gracious host.

This place was lovely. Mercedes went out made our stay wonderful, too. She put many little touches in the apartment to make us feel at home. She also made wonderful suggestions to set us up for success, such as a charming beach restaurant for lunch, a street lined with dining, and a mini grocery, all within very easy walking distance. Fantastic place and host.

the apartment is well equipped however there is no instructions on how to use washer, dryer, TV. No UK news channels. No information about taxis, buses, cafes or restaruants, or how far outside the city. The general outside area is run down spells of urine & dog poo. we would not book again.

Fantastic seawiew and close to everything

Recently beautifully remodeled with easy access to the beach, bike path, and outdoor calisthenics gym on the beach across the street! Grocery store in the building next door, restaurants on the beach and in the neighborhood! A gorgeous walk to the historic downtown! Kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need to make yourself at home. Truly a remarkable vacation spot!

It is a lovely apartment, very tastefully set up and is in a great location. The living area and three of the four bedrooms have beautiful views out onto the sea. There are two glassed in balcony areas, which are lovely to sit in with a coffee and watch the world go by. The beds are extremely comfortable and there is everything you need for your stay - hairdryers, toiletries, kitchen essentials etc. We were met by Mercedes at check in and she was very friendly and helpful, letting us check in early, and leave our cases at the end of the stay. She was always responsive to texts and very accommodating.The road in front of the apartment is busy, so there is road noise if you have the windows open, but with the windows shut it is well insulated. The apartment is in a great area - lovely restaurants, bars and ice cream shops nearby. It would be good for young families with the beach across the road and children's play areas. Also there are lovely walks along the promenade to the west (quieter) or to the east into the port area, city centre and old town - about 30 minutes walk. We enjoyed Malaga - a mix of great tourist attractions but also a typical Spanish city too.

The owner greeted us with coffee, pastries and milk. Will book again on our return.

Excellent place for a family vacation.

Great location across from the beach. Apartment was fully stocked with everything you would need. We stayed for eight days and accommodations were beyond expectations. A block away was a Carefour express grocery store that had everything at good prices. Very enjoyable week at this property. Thank you

Everything about the property was welcoming. We were met by the property manager and shown around the apartment., it’s spacious and has excellent views of the promenade. Although near a busy road you cannot hear the traffic, there is a brilliant supermarket just a walk away, everything was well thought out. Will definitely be staying again.
