Welcome to our charming studio condo at the Daytona Beach Club, nestled within a beachfront building. Experience the serene beauty of the ocean from your 3rd floor balcony that offers a stunning view of both the sparkling waves and A1A. Inside, you'll find comfort in a cozy full/double-sized Murphy bed and a convenient full/double-sized foldout sofa, ensuring ample space for relaxation throughout the day.
Please note: The pool area is currently closed due to hurricane damage, likely remaining unavailable throughout 2023. We believe in transparency and want you to be informed about the condition of our property. Many parts of Daytona Beach have experienced similar setbacks, and while some listings might not disclose this, we believe in providing accurate information. We encourage you to thoroughly research buildings before making your booking decision. Although our beach access stairs are temporarily closed, worry not! Public beach access and restroom facilities are conveniently located in our south parking lot, adjacent to the building.
For your entertainment, we offer a 42" wall-mounted TV and private WiFi, ensuring you have your own dedicated connection. Feel free to engage in some friendly competition with our selection of board games.
This charming efficiency apartment boasts an open balcony with an amazing ocean view, situated on the 3rd floor. The bathroom has been tastefully remodeled and features a walk-in shower, a double vanity with a granite top, and elegant tile floors.
In the kitchenette, you'll find all you need for cooking, including a 2-burner cooktop, pots and pans, a microwave, teapot, and a drip coffee maker. Our kitchenette is equipped with an array of plates, silverware, cups, and wine glasses to suit your dining needs.
Our building exudes a retro charm as it was constructed in 1970. While it may not be brand-new construction, it possesses a unique character. Speaking of ages, there might be a striking resemblance between the building's construction year and my birth year, but let's keep that a secret!
Convenience is at your fingertips with a parking garage on the 1st and 2nd floors, elevators, and stairs at both ends of the building. Laundry facilities are situated on the 1st floor, conveniently en route to the pool area. Your room key will provide access to all common areas, and we've placed a master key in your room for your convenience. Daytime public beach parking is available next door. Onsite laundry facilities, elevators, and covered garage parking are provided, and you'll have one parking pass at your disposal. Please note that trailers are not permitted.

8 blocks off Main Street right in the heart of all the action. Located between Hard Rock Hotel and the Pier.
House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21.
- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.
CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple!
The condo was super cute and clean, and the property owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. An absolutely great stay and well worth the value!
Overall, very pleased with our stay. Once reconstruction of pool and beach access point completed it will be much improved.
