Stayed Aug 17, 2025I stayed here as a first-time solo traveler and had a wonderful time! It’s a quiet spot right on the beach, with easy access to the pier, trolley stops, and nightlife.The private balcony was my favorite part. I loved opening the door and listening to the ocean from the bed or sofa, journaling outside, and — the best part — having a great view of the Thursday night fireworks!Just a heads-up if you’re traveling with a group, the bathroom is a little small. This was manageable for me since I was by myself, but it might be harder if multiple people need to get ready in the morning. All in all, this was the perfect place to stay, and I hope to return next summer to share it with friends! If you’re on the fence about booking, let this be your sign to lock in. You’ll have a great time!

Stayed Aug 14, 2025Absolutely beautiful view. Room was clean. Private balcony was great- outdoor table and chairs are showing age, but worked well. Easy access to beach, short walk to The Pier. Will book again

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Incredible location with a lanai that faces the ocean. Important note: this room is the only one in the facility with this feature, so that’s special. With all that said, this place is a fair deal due to being very no-frills. It’s a small studio, walls decently thick so we couldn’t hear our next door neighbors easily. Just a little hot plate set up in the kitchen, very few dishes and cookware, no dishwasher. You are renting this place for the incredible location, views and sound of the ocean. Check in was easy (door code). Place was mostly clean though there was a melted lollipop on the lanai. Host was attentive to our questions. Overall, we were happy with our choice.
