We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the beach villa! It comes with everything you need for a great beach getaway!

We traveled around all of Puerto Rico, and this was our favorite stay after spending a few days there. The place is in a really convenient area. The Kioskos are close by, and so is El Yunque and other restaurants. The beach is just a few steps away, and they have everything that you could need (beach chairs, towels, cooler, bug spray, etc). We were able to park right in front of the stay. If we decide to come back, we will definitely stay here. Thank you so much!!

We love this house. It was very cozy and perfect for our stay. It was closed to El Yunque, los Kioscos and Luquillo Beach!!

My husband and I loved this condo! We stayed for a week for our babymoon, it was clean and convenient. An easy walk to Playa Azul and a 30 minute drive to the rainforest. You have everything you might need for your stay there. Highly recommend!

Away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan, but availability to El Yunque and great food.

We had a short stay but we appreciate that the space provided all we needed. From all beach supplies, coffee and cold water bottles as a welcome gift. Host was responsive and quick. There was a small issue with the sheets on the pull out couch but it didn't ruin our stay. Will return again

This house served our needs perfectly. We loved that we could walk 2 minutes to a beach perfect for boogie boarding or drive 3 minutes down the road to a very nice, calm beach. Astoria was great with communication anytime we needed her. I highly recommend this property.

The condo is perfect. The location is perfect; a couple of minutes to visit a wonderful swimming beach and just a short drive to El Yunque National Forest. Great dining options near the condo. It’s just a short 30 min trip to San Juan. The condo is clean and well equipped with quality. E we stayed at multiple VRBO properties, but Astoria’s was by far our favorite. We will book this one again.

The place is small, but efficiently furnished. They have thought of details most other places don't provide, and were appreciated. The few minor issues that prevented us giving 5 stars across the board are easily correctible, and we've mentioned them to the hostprivately. Astoria's English is perfect. She was easily reachable. Her cleaning lady was very helpful too. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean and practical. Pretty quiet *neighbors can be heard in bedroom but they didnt hang out late* Being able to walk to the water daily and just inhale and exhale was my highlight of the experince.

My son and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The property was easy to find, short distance from the main Rd. It was also right down the street from a beautiful beach which was only a brief walk away. Communication was a breeze and the property was spotless. Such a cozy condo. Hope to visit again soon! Great property one block from Playa Azul beach. Easy commute from airport. Close to rain forest & restaurants. Host supplies beach towels & chairs. Residence is well maintained & clean. Overall wonderful experience.

We loved every second of being at this property! Beach was a short walk away, neighbors were friendly, and the host was very accommodating and available for questions. Would stay again 100%!!!! Property was clean and well put together!
