A stay in Zandvoort in summer is expensive. However, the flat is conveniently located to the train station (2 minute walk around the corner) and local amenities. The added bonus of a small kitchen is very helpful to alleviate dining costs and for late night snacks or drinks. Very basic cooking utensils, dishes, pans are available. Bring your own colander for draining pasta. The flat was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The owners, Luck and Barry, brought clean towels, a fresh bin bag, and toilet paper every other day. The only aspect I found challenging was the stairs. I'd respectfully suggest that the description of the property clearly state that there are two steep, curved flights of stairs to navigate. No lift is available. For a small person with heavy luggage and/or multiple bags and/or a person with mobility issues, that is a serious consideration. Smiling Host always answered my messages promptly and Luck, the owner, was very easy to reach via WhatsApp. He and his wife are kind and helpful. I would stay at this property again, but would book the ground floor flat next time due to the stairs. If that isn't an issue for you, I highly recommend Beach Studio Boom for your holiday.

I stayed alone, as in a single person, for 9 days in Beach Studio Boom. It was a pleasant stay. Location is Suburb. Close to beach, bars, restaurants. Train station within 2 minutes. The studio is clean, quiet and everything in the studio is in a good condition. Very comfy bed! The property is not very big (that's why it's called a studio) however spacious enough for me to have a comfortable stay. Super smooth communication with Luck, the owner! Overall I can recommend Beach Studio Boom so there's a good chance I stay here again when I visit Zandvoort in the future.

Had a lovely time in Zandvoort. The apartment is perfect for taking time out and exploring the beach for a walk and the local cafes and restaurants. My only complaint was the bed, it was so comfortable I couldn't get out of it in the morning :) Looking forward to coming back soon.

Excellent location really close to the beach. Clean and we'll serviced apartment, perfect for a couple. Only issue could be the steep flight of stairs to get luggage up (we were fine) but if that wouldn't be an issue for you i would recommend this whole heartedly! Thanks for a great few days!

We have spent our short holidays in a very nice and comfortable studio where we really felt well. It was very clean and furnished tastefully. The owner Luck was very friendly and gave some hints for restaurants. Even it is very closed to the Zandvoort station you hear nothing from incoming or leaving trains. A lot of restaurant are around so taking dinner is possible without going by car

The apartment is very easy to reach, especially when you travel by train. It is quiet and cozy under the roof of a two level house. It has all you need for your self-catering holiday stay. 50m to the station. 100m to the beach. 100m to the pedestrian street of Zandvoort.
