Beach location in the center of it all!

This property was accessible to beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. All the visitors we met at The Breakers were friendly and courteous. Wish we could have stayed longer, our villa was about 600 square ft., but a perfect size for a couple.

Location was wonderful best thing about this place. It was FILTHY to say the least. Outside of the fridge door had dried on some sort of remnants looked like it was never wiped nor cleaned. Bathroom was disgusting, shower curtain was moldy. All furniture should be replaced, it is very worn and dirty. Was scared to sit on the coach thought I might catch something. Hard layer of Dust over everything especially in the bathroom: sink faucet and counter top, toilet, shelf above toilet, toilet paper holder, floor baseboards. I would never rent this unit again!!!!!

Super location with easy beach access. Nice pool if beach was too cool or windy. Good location to Coligny shops and eateries. Kitchen well equipped and comfortable bed. Owner very responsive if needing anything. Place needs a deep clean and owner said she’s on it! Also felt safe there. Nice in the off season without crazy crowds.

The condo is in a great location where you can walk to everything. The pictures you see online is exactly how it looked when we arrived. Overall we were very pleased with the condo but I would suggest it needs a good cleaning throughout which that may go back to the cleaning service they’re using.

Our stay was Wonderful, just too short! The check in and out directions were easy to understand and it was absolutely the easiest I've ever done. The place was a tad bit smaller than expected, but that's because we had 3 plus sized women with us, but we got over that pretty quickly. We had everything we needed for our two night stay. Thank you Jane for a stress free stay!

Really enjoyed being right on the beach as well as having the pool! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Great condo and located just where you want to be. Steps from the beach and steps from the bars...

This was our first trip to Hilton head Island, and we could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Right on the beach and also right across the street from many shops and restaurants. The condo itself is exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable. I hesitate to give such a glowing review only because we will be back every year and I know this unit will fill up quickly. But I have nothing negative to say about it. The owner gives great detailed information and when I missed one of those details, the owner responded to me within minutes. Hilton head Island is now one of my very favorite places to go, and you cannot beat the location of this unit.
