Loved location to beach and village! Did not like the “pond” you had to wade thru to get to beach ! Water looked dirty and wondered if the water was left over from hurricane?

It was all we could ask for. The cottage was perfect for me and my husband. Beautiful kept and immaculate. Very Easy walk to the beach and town. We didn’t use the car for the stay there. We would definitely go back there.

Excellent location to the beach and to the village!

This is the perfect location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. All within short walking distance. It is also a very convenient location for venturing out and seeing everything Sarasota has to offer. We absolutely loved Cottage #1. We liked the convenience of the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. I will admit the walls are a bit thin and the WiFi was a bit spotty - but, we didn’t really need WiFi and with the AC fan running at night, we were not inconvenienced by either. We did bring our own beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc - not sure if any were available. As for cockroaches- we encountered ZERO! The cottage was clean, the bed was comfortable and space was the perfect size for two people. We look forward to staying here again. Just the location to the beach is priceless!

The property is so close to the beach and. A short walk to town, which was great. Bathroom is super small but otherwise it has everything you need. The walls and door in the kitchen between the units makes you hear almost everything going on in the other unit so that was less then ideal.

Perfect little place for a couple!

Great area, though some construction is going on but it’s hurricane recovery. Clean, efficient rental. Close to both the beach and downtown eating area. Don’t miss the patriotic sunset service at Sunset Point!

My friend and I loved this little tiny place!! It was super clean, had what we needed, it's adorable, and the location is excellent. The bathroom is kind of uncomfortably small, but not enough to deter from staying there again. Easy check-in and check-out, no issues at all. Wonderful stay, thank you!!

3 hours before departure they called me that after the hurricane, the place where we planned to stay was flooded and they made a cancellation

This little cottage was the perfect spot! You are steps away from the beach. This place has everything you need to enjoy Siesta Key. Two chairs, two small umbrellas, a cooler and beach towels are all provided. Could not be happier with our choice to stay here. Highly recommend.

I am a little reluctant to leave a review because I think this is the best place ever & I want it all to myself whenever I come down! I don’t want it to be too booked up when I’m ready to come back. My BF & I stayed here in Sept 2023 and fell in love with this little gem. Perfect size for us, awesome location & less pricey than the condos on the same strip. Clean & no frills - very quaint. We LOVE this place! I wish I could live here.

Do not stay here. Save your money. After the first hour the cockroaches started coming out ( kitchen, bathroom, living space). We message the property manager and said someone would contact us. Nothing for 72 hours. Disgusting and unacceptable. We spoke with other guest from the unit and same thing. We were given 1 and 1/2 rolls of TP. When we asked for more they told us to buy our own. Stains on the comforter and pillows cases. The location was great for beach access and restroom. However the pick up and drop off at night was terrible with loud car noises. We would not recommend at all.

Property was an excellent location right beside the beach and plenty to do within walking distance. Perfect for a stay as a couple, plenty of space and good amenities. Fresh water outside to wash the sand off was a nice addition as well and much needed. We contacted the property management about possibly being able to enter the property about 20 minutes early and were told no, even though no one was working in or around the unit. So don't expect to be able to arrive a moment too early. My husband was feeling a little sick and just wanted to be inside and it wasn't possible, while still respecting the property management. Also, I understand leaving a unit respectfully clean when checking out, but the guidelines left for guests when checking out included basic housekeeping that should be included in the high cost paid for the cleaning fee when exiting.

Everything was great. We loved everything. The place was spotless and the air conditioning was perfect . Just steps from the beach. We will definitely be staying there again.

Rented for our honeymoon and it really was perfect. Just the right size for two people. We both loved how close we were to the beach and restaurants.

The stay was good clean and comfortable! Perfect for our stay as just needed a place to sleep & shower. Would love if the shower was bigger tho would be helpful.

Location is absolutely amazing. Takes 20 seconds of walking to get to one of the nicest beaches I have experienced! My wife & I are 26 y/o celebrating our anniversary. We spent the last night on the beach looking at the stars. The unit itself could be improved. The bathroom toilet is a tight squeeze for a man, and the toilet seat was loose and had trouble flushing. The A/C is not good at all, we slept without sheets because we were very warm at night. Overall- you cannot beat this location. 3 minute walk to some incredible restaurants & the main town. They supplied plenty of towels for the beach as well!

It was all wonderful except bathroom stool ran continuously. We kept having to take the lid off to fix. Should be an easy fix for you! Everything else was amazing!

I was a bit nervous as this was my first booking but it went well and the place was SO nice. The instructions were clear and straightforward and I was impressed by how clean it was. I will absolutely be re-booking the cottage in the future! It was so close to the beach; an overall absolute dream.
