Stayed Jan 6, 2025We were here for 2 months in 2025. We very much liked the resort. The beach is wonderful and extends several kilometres in both directions. The place is very lively mainly due to the large number of Mexicans which we very much enjoyed. (If you are looking for a quiet place full of nothing but old North American tourists this may not be for you). The town of Bucerias and 2 major grocery stores are within a short drive or a 2k walk. For anything else you will need a car, taxi or bus. Note that the resort has some strict rules which you should be aware of. The Apartment itself is adequate but is well passed its prime. When we arrived, we had many problems both large and small. The host, who was very responsive, quickly addressed most of the major issues but many issues remained. As well the furniture is not very comfortable and is not what is shown in the pictures.

Stayed Dec 29, 20218 of us stayed in this suite and it was comfortable. There were a couple issues but we got immediate responses when we messaged to let them know. It does only have beds for 5 but couch slept one comfortably and they provided a queen blowup mattress which was great. Pool was awesome and it’s right in the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.
