Stayed Apr 27, 2024The unit was clean, well-equipped, and a short walk to the beach. There were also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to the Fort Lauderdale area!

Stayed May 8, 2023This little gem delivers both creature comforts and proximity to both intracoastal and ocean. There's a public beach park less than 10min walk with view of Pompano lighthouse and amenities including picnic tables (several under pavilion), grills, bathroom. Walks through surrounding neighborhood are easy and safe. Was a terrific place to call home for a week.

Stayed Mar 20, 2023This property is located in a nice quiet area. It is a one block walk to the beach and water taxi. The apartment is nice and quiet and has lots of chairs outside to relax. Near lots of grocery stores and shops. A great place to vacation!!

Stayed Feb 25, 2023I rented this property in 2020 before the COVID pandemic. Returned to the same property in 2023 and was not disappointed. In fact there were additions most notably the placement of a putting green on the property. Lots of fun with that. The rental is a very short walk to the beach. Very comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Off site owner of property is available 24/7 to assist you should any need occur. I will be back in 2024.

Stayed Mar 14, 2022it was a very nice semi detached property (something that I wanted as I hate being in a condo). Had access to bathroom, kitchen, backyard and huge common frontyard. walkable to beach and had parking space on in front. loved the stay
