The Neighborhood:

You will be located in the peaceful and upscale area of Las Terrazas. This is a quiet, scenic area that we love for its peaceful vibe and beautiful surroundings. It’s perfect for families, couples, groups of friends, and especially golfers, with several great courses just minutes away.

You’re close to it all-Puerto Banús, San Pedro, and Marbella are just a short drive away, and there are lovely beaches, restaurants, and shops nearby. It’s a great spot to relax, explore, and enjoy everything the Costa del Sol has to offer!



Please note that the apartment is brand new and it might have a little paint smell on some of the furniture or ''new furniture'' smell.



Also bedroom nr2 doesn't have a darkening black-out curtain.

The entire apartment and the two pool areas are included in your rental.Please, make yourself at home and enjoy the full privacy of the space. If you'd like to use the community pool it's open from 9am to 10pm.

Trash disposal is right before the boom that opens into the community

We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and respect.

While we do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, there is no 24/7 on-site staff. However, we are always reachable for urgent matters.
