Stayed Apr 3, 2024The building is perfectly located within walking distance of so much. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was perfect, clean, and nice and cold. It also had a great view on the balcony. I would recommend this rental to any of my friends.

Stayed Nov 24, 2023The unit and complex was very clean! Close to restaurant and shops. Didn't use the pool but the gym was great. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the bay. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Apr 4, 2023The rental was an overall pleasant experience. The hosts were easy to talk to. Location was perfect and if you rent a car while you’re here make sure it’s not a big car because parking lot has tight curves and spaces. It’s a mixed hotel/condo bldg so the front of the building has awkward temporary parking to check in before you get your parking garage card. The unit I slept in was right next door to some younger people who I could hear during the day but at night they were gone and I had the a/c on so I couldn’t hear anything. The building is a bit dated but not run down or anything. I never went to the pool or gym so I don’t now what those were like.

Stayed Apr 3, 2023The building and check in process were a bit confusing at time but it was easy to ask questions. My husband and I loved the balcony with the incredible views, very comfortable bed and big walk in shower. It was a nice area to stay while we waited to catch a flight for the next day.

Stayed Jan 17, 2023The studio was in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Coconut Grove. We were able to walk everywhere. Grocery store, restaurants, shopping. The view from our studio was amazing overlooking Peacock Park and the bay. Everything about the studio was upscale. Bedding and bath and kitchen. Silvia, the property manager went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. She was quickly responsive to my questions. It was a wonderful 4 day vacation in Coconut Grove. And having parking was priceless.
