Estero Island Beach Villa is a remarkable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, open-concept condo that overlooks the beautiful Matanzas Pass on the bay side and the Gulf of Mexico on the beach side! This 5th-level condo is located on the much-desired north end of the island. The tiled floors throughout the unit pave the way to countless updated features including 3 brand new smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! Thepool was resurfaced August 2025.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfy king-size bed where you can step out onto your private balcony with breathtaking views of Matanzas Pass. The guest bedroom has two cozy double beds and sleeper sofa in the living room allowing this unit to easily accommodate up to 8 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer & dryer. Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! You will walk right off the elevator and find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities!

    The unit was clean and well supplied for our needs. We enjoyed the location and lovely views. All matters, such as ongoing construction, were clearly communicated, and the staff was responsive to questions. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

    This condo was WAY overpriced. We had several families that stayed at FMB. Our condo was not only one of the most expensive-with the exception of the multi family homes other family stayed in, it was also the most sparsely stocked. We were give 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for a 10 day stay. There was 1.5 oz of dish detergent so no luck keeping everything tidy unless you want to stock the place yourself…the distance to town is a bit of a hike, the pool area is tiny and the host company is less than accommodating. Will never stay in one the the Costal Vacation properties again.

    This unit was very nice and clean The bed was fine. The showers were good. I A couple of things we didn’t like was that the master bedroom was towards the street. The garbage trucks would come early morning and the beep beep beep of their backup signals were annoying. Also, we were right next to the Pink Shell resort Where they played loud music. The view And sunsets were great from the balcony

    The place is nicely decorated and taken care of. Good location with easy access to restaurants. Had two episodes of power outages. One the whole north end of the island the the longest one hit several floors of building one of which was ours. So that was very inconvenient.

    Wonderful condo with breathtaking views that I enjoyed as often as posible from the screened in balcony. I would definitely return to this location. I was very disappointed, however, that there was not access to any beach chair, as we were directly on the beach and rental next door was 100 per day. Also, since I was already provided the door code, it would have been much more accommodating to have the parking pass at the condo, instead of me (female, alone at night in a rental car in an unfamiliar place) having to stop to pick it up at another location. I know that other rental companies do so.
