Alternatively, relax on the beach, stroll to numerous parks and explore all Adelaide hasto offer.

We love:

* Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, 2x bedside tables, built in robe with drawers and hanging space, 1 x mirror. One ceiling fan

* Kitchen - Fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher supplied, plus cocktail making equipment and glasses (and fully stocked kitchenware plus oil, sauces, salt and pepper. Filtered tap water

* Dining - 4 seater table with placemats and settings for 4 people

* Lounge- Comfortable 3 seater couch plus 2 occasional chairs. TV with Netflix supplied. Split system heating/cooling in lounge only. Bose sound system. Bay Breeze Retreat also has its own Spotify playlist!

* Bathroom/laundry- separate bath and shower. Toilet paper, hand wash/bodywash/shampoo/conditioner all provided along with hairdryer and emergency vanity products. Washing machine/dryer combination supplied plus laundry detergent. Iron and ironing board available plus pull-out wall mounted clothes airer.

* Balcony - 4 seater dining table and chairs with cushions.

*Additional features to make your stay even MORE comfortable - books to read, puzzles and games to play.
Plastic drinkware also supplied for guest use in addition to glass in case you feel more comfortable using that (can also take it to the beach - but must be returned) Also supplied are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and a drinks cooler for your fun times at the beach but must be returned for next guest. BBQ tools are provided for use also, but please note the BBQ is for public use and is located on the grassed area facing the beach (opposite the apartment complex).

** Welcome gift supplied of a bottle of South Australian wine plus chocolates. We love our guests!
** First morning`s breakfast supplied- Feast on fresh bread, 6x eggs, bacon, tomatoes, milk, array of cereals and condiments.
Numerous tea options supplied, hot chocolate and Nespresso pod machine with an array of pod choices (plus instant coffee).
** All linen and towels supplied including beach towels

Access to the apartment is located through a laneway off Saint John`s Row (to the right hand side of the apartments - named Melrose Apartments). Go through the small black pedestrian gate where you will approach the sliding doors. There is lockbox where keys and remote can be retrieved.

There is a carpark available for guest use at the rear of the building which is accessed from Saint John`s Row. It is space number 66. Please ONLY park in this space. Thank you :)

*Please note the building is a residential building and as such all neighbour`s peace and quiet enjoyment must be respected. No parties will be permitted. Please also be mindful whilst walking through common areas.
*Please note Glenelg is a bustling seaside suburb and can be a hive of activity, particularly in the warmer weather. Whilst we try very hard to ensure a peaceful environment, the apartment is still located within a complex where you may from time to time hear residents, opposite the beach where you may hear children playing and also in an area undergoing development as people build and renovate. We love Glenelg for this as it is one of Adelaide`s best known suburbs to enjoy all the action.
