First, i hadnt received entry instructions 24 hours before i arrived, so i sent a message requesting this info and asking for confirmation that the washer/dryer worked. No response. I showed up at the door, but couldnt entered. I managed to call the property manager - she was very nice, but her english is not great. She texted me a code and i was able to get the key. When i got up to the apartment, there was no washer/dryer. She had to bring me a key to use the 1 washer/dryer that was in the basement. I had to wait almost 2 hours for the washer to be free. It was so hot during my visit and i was able to get her to bring me a fan.The location is great - 2 or 3 blocks from the Rhine.
