The place is fantastic. It provided a very quiet and soothing place to stay. Everything was there that was needed. Kaki is a very fair, fantastic person to deal with. I really appreciated her warm, friendly and sincere nature. I'll be back for sure...Great Job!!!!

The place was great! Beautiful location, clean and tidy. Had everything you would ever need provided. Our only challenge was getting our luggage up the 4 half flight of steps. We didn't realize the location was on the 3rd floor. We are both over 65 & the altitude got to us. Highly recommend this place to stay year round.

Great spot close to the lift! Very clean and convenient, exactly what we needed!! It looks small, but we easily fit 3 people and gear no problem!

Very nice, spacious, had all the typical provisions of a condo: dishes, towels, etc. Could use my own streaming logins on smart TV (don't forget to logout when leaving). Nice views of mountains. Easy check-in and parking. This was my first Vrbo so I probably asked some dumb questions, but owner was very helpful.I didn't notice in the ad (my fault) that it is a climb up stairs (no elevator), and at 8500 ft elevation, was quite winded at first, and hard on older knees. Good exercise though!The bed is quite high, and my 5'5 wife had trouble getting up on it. We borrowed a step stool from friends & resolved.All-in-all, well worth it!

Small condo but well located and easy to access. Good for a pair or small groups.

We've stayed at more than a few units to ski at purgatory and this is our favorite...it's cute, cozy, lots of natural light and modern. Kitchen is well equipped and communication with owner was super

The property was just as described. Cozy, clean and convenient. Kaki was very helpful and waited to meet us so we could take her parking spot. We lucked out with great snow!

Room was clean and location was great. Room was well supplied. Biggest complaint is the parking lot. Plenty of room for parking but the walk to the lifts is a slippery one. That is the nature of winter in the mountains. I suggest grabbing gear from locker and cutting across to the road by the dumpster and walking through there and not the parking lot.

The booking process, communication, and location for this property was excellent. The only thing I'll mention that could have made the stay better was the bed. It was not comfortable at all and I was longing for a better mattress after sleeping on it one night. If you can sleep anywhere, I highly recommend it! I'll probably need slightly better accommodations for our next visit to Purgatory.
