This vacation apartment is located on a high floor along Barra’s main waterfront in Salvador, offering a wide view of the ocean and the Carnival circuit. Its elevated position provides a privileged vantage point to follow the energy of the festivities and enjoy the coastal scenery, just a few steps from the beach.

The building features a café on the ground floor, Seven Wonders Café, which offers breakfast as well as other meals, available for purchase.

The apartment combines the entry area and kitchen into a functional space equipped with a full-length mirror, refrigerator, microwave, air extractor, a two-burner induction cooktop, blender, sandwich maker, italian coffee maker, coffee machine, and a faucet with a built-in water purifier, providing everyday convenience.

The bathroom features an electric shower, window, and hair dryer. In the bedroom, guests will find air conditioning, a 50 smart TV, a dedicated workspace, an ironing board, an electric iron, and blackout curtains, ensuring comfort for both rest and remote work.

The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, offering a pleasant space to relax.

This vacation rental offers comfort and convenience in a full-service condominium with a variety of leisure and practical amenities. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with a hot tub, gym, playground, convenience market, meeting room/coworking space, and laundry facilities. The gourmet area is available by reservation, and the condominium also features a bike rack.

During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and will not be available to guests. This is due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall. During this period, the gym deck will also have restricted access and will not be available to guests.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment but may also be closed on other days if maintenance is required by the condominium administration.

Check-in is self check-in, with no in-person host presence.

The building offers one rotating parking space, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the garage reaches full capacity, parking inside the building will not be available.

There is a taxi stand nearby.

During Salvador Carnival, the garage is not available for guest use due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the city authorities.
