We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic—super convenient and close to just about everything we needed. The apartment layout was great for two families traveling together, with each family having their own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms, so there was no stress around sharing space.One evening, we stayed up a bit late playing cards and, unfortunately, got a text the next day asking us to keep the noise down. It was a good reminder that this is an apartment setting, not a standalone home, so just something to keep in mind if you're a night owl like us!One important note for future guests: check-in currently requires someone to meet you on-site. In our case, there was a delay of over an hour before they could arrive, which left us waiting outside with our luggage. Unfortunately, during that time, a local pickpocket distracted us and made off with a backpack containing over 1,000 worth of belongings. This wasn’t the fault of the host or the apartment itself—just an unfortunate introduction to the more opportunistic side of Barcelona. If the property had a keyless entry system, we could’ve avoided this situation altogether, so hopefully that’s something they’ll consider for the future.Overall, the unit itself was great, and we had a wonderful time—just a couple of things to be aware of so you can make the most of your stay!

A large group of friends has plenty of private and public spaces to enjoy at this excellent rental. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

Brilliant stay

This was a great location within easy walking distance to taxi stop, gothic quarter, las ramblas, and the metro station. Updated and clean, only complaint was that the air conditioning only worked on half of the apartment so the other half was very hot. They said they would follow up when we checked in but they never did.

Located just off the Placa Catalunya at the top of the Ramblas, this apartment has the best possible location. We walked to all the major sites in the Old Town. Very well-equipped kitchen. Good beds and bedding. Very clean. Nice bathrooms. Convenient market selling almost everything you need located just next door. Habitat photos tend to exaggerate the size of the rooms; the apartment is a bit more compact than we had anticipated based on the pictures. The living room is more the width of a hallway. But the convenience of the location trumps everything else. We had some problems with the air conditioning and the management responded very promptly. They were pleasant to work with. Appliances all worked very well, including dishwasher and washer/dryer. It was too hot in Barcelona for us to enjoy the terrace during our June visit.
