The interiour/funiture were quite used. We missed some more few windows.

Great location right near metro. Loved living in a local neighborhood for a week! Grocery and eateries nearby! Marta’s flat is a great option to consider!

Worst experience ever. We booked about a few months in advance and the host messaged us a few days after reservation. On the day of our trip we kept messaging the host but never got the reply. When we arrived at the location (in the evening) we finally called her and thats when she told us the flat was already occupied. It was around 8 pm, we were in the middle of the street with our bags after a whole day of traveling. Vrbo also didn’t do absolutely anything besides give us the refund. We had to check in a hotel.

It was very easy to get around from the apartment. Only located up one flight of stairs, just steps from the Metro. Bathroom was spacious with great water pressure. Kitchen was fully stocked and all we could need. While the apartment does sleep 4, the couch/bed is a bit rough for adults to sleep on. Not much natural light and fans are a must to keep cool. Worth the price and the host was excellent.

We had an amazing stay in a great location. Walking distance from a train line that connects to the airport - very easy to get to. And an arms length from a metro that connects you in the city. (But you are in the city in the location) The host was helpful and welcoming and we had a great stay. Some renovation work needed done inside the place - but it was scheduled to happen and it didn’t cause us any problem.

Although the owner was friendly and she was available anytime to assist the place was filthy. It's extremely hot in there with no air - we relocated to Barcelona so this was not a holiday, our 2 little doggies struggled to keep cool. For what we paid - it could have been 2 months rent. Not worth the money and the flat is tiny.

My first time using VRBO and had a great experience. Marta was an awesome host letting me check in early. The maid was there when I arrived who was so nice and tried hard to communicate with suggestions on where to go and all the details of the apartment. She also made the place spotless for me by the time I returned later that day. The location is great on a very busy street (like most all streets in Barcelona) but I couldn’t hear any traffic noise while in the apartment. Plenty of places to eat/shop and subway literally outside the front door. No complaints at all. Thanks Marta!!
