Please note that a full renovation is currently taking place in one of the apartments in the building next door, approximately until the end of March 2026. Work hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

    Very large 2 bedroom with huge windows and natural light! Very comfortable for family of 4. Great location away from crowds but still accessible to so many places and near tons of cafes and shops. Very limited hot water (lasted 3-4 minutes max) in shower. Turn off water, wait few minutes , turn on again - it will come back. There was construction in apartment sharing a wall w us (probably another neighboring building that shared a wall) and very loud banging noises would wake us up every morning. Rental company apologized and gave a small discount but nothing else was done. One air conditioner appears to need service - it was noisy w repeated buzzing sound every 2 minutes unlike the other rooms so we turned it off and used a fan that was provided already ( thank you). Overall very pleasant, and a spacious respite from heat in August. No cooking start up supplies like sugar, salt, etc are provided. so you provide everything basic for kitchen. These little issues are mild to deal with and we enjoyed the location, layout of apartment, furnishings and views. Thank you for a great apartment!

    Had the balcony been accurately represented, I would not have rented this apartment. The previous main listing photo that showed the bistro table and chairs on the front balcony was not of this apartment. This apartment has a narrow front balcony that is much smaller than was pictured. When the owner was informed of this, they took four days to respond and then denied it, but now the listing photo of the front balcony has been removed. In addition, we had no hot water for 6 of the 7 days. The kitchen was infested with ants. The apartment is listed as non-smoking. However, the next-door neighbors who appear to be long-term residents are heavy smokers, smoke on their back balcony and the smoke blows directly into this apartment. The owners do not respond to messages through the HomeAway message center. This apartment’s problems and the owner’s poor customer service outweigh its spacious rooms and good location. We would not stay here again.

    Just enjoyed our stay at Barcelona Balconies 4. We were met by Xavi right on time. He showed us the apartment and gave us excellent instructions, also recommended some grocery stores and restaurants. There is a excellent supermarket about 5 minutes walking from the unit. Directions are come out of the apartment and turn right on to Enric Granados walk two blocks turn right and in the middle of the block there is a Bonpreu. The unit is beautiful and quiet. Public transport nearby.
