Great quiet spot. Spacious and comfortable

It was very cute. Very clean. Nice little fishing spot. Close to restaurants. Quite area. Bed was comfortable. Shower was spacious ! Bathroom big and big walk in closet. Hangers available to hang your stuff. Big fridge. Great for a couples get away. Definitely would stay there again!

Nice quiet neighborhood. My husband and I seen a manatee while sitting on the porch drinking coffee. Overall wonderful place for our Cocoa Beach stop!

Really appreciated the location, pet friendly, cul de sac location. Nicely decorated compact space. Only wish was for a queen or king bed, not a double.

I enjoyed my stay very much and appreciated how easy it was to walk to the beach. Having a small deck with a few rocking chairs in the shade was nice in the morning; I could enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the lizards play.

Amazing bathroom and kitchen appliances but the bed was a little small and creaky

The cottage is charming and worked fine for a quick one-night stay. However, it's directly connected to the main house with only a thin wall separating the spaces, you can hear just about everything, so privacy is very limited. It was also a bit confusing to find, as the entrance is tucked away behind the main house with no clear signage or path. That said, it’s a budget-friendly option if you just need a place to sleep for the night, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Cozy and Clean! A quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Relaxing in the rocking chairs on the canal. Beach chairs and umbrella were very useful. Everything you need is provided... a perfect getaway place to stay!

The bungalow was exactly as pictured ! Clean and cute , just big enough for a couple. Loved the location on the canal very quiet and peaceful and close to downtown.
