Stayed Jul 5, 2025For our family of 9 the size and amenities were great. Location was great. The reason for a 4 star and not a 5 was because of no AC. There were fans that helped a bit with hot temperatures these days we really needed AC.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024We were informed after landing in Paris from Australia that the apartment we had booked 9 months earlier was no longer available due to a hot water issue. Whilst the host tried to manage the situation we ended up booking alternative accommodation which was significantly more expensive due to the urgent booking time and the fact that it was New Years Eve week in Paris. Overall very disappointed with our VRBO experience.

Stayed Nov 28, 2024We loved our stay at Balthazar. We were a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids ages 2, 5 and 5) and this place perfectly accommodated us. It's big and had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues upon checking in, but the team responded within minutes and solved all of the issues which we really appreciated. A few reviews have mentioned the bathrooms being separate from the shower rooms, which is true, but this is also very common in Europe, and not a big deal. The location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or hop on the metro within a few mins walk from the house. Highly recommend this stay!

Stayed Oct 23, 2024Very convenient location to Republique train which left us lots of options, It would have been nice to be a littler closer in but train made it easy to get around. The bath and bedroom set up is not we are are used to, but it worked. The house was pretty well stocked and the couple of things we needed were promptly delivered.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024Had a great experience staying at this property in Paris. There were 8 of us on a family trip and the accommodations were excellent. The location was also exceptional being near several metro stations with plenty of dining options. We would definitely stay here again and hope to make it back to Paris in the near future.
