Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival, as well as standard cleaning at the end of the stay. You can also benefit from a complete cleaning service of the apartment on request during the stay or change of linen. These services are at an additional cost and upon prior reservation.

This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the garbage cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called complete cleaning of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



Pets are strictly prohibited.
