Master Bedroom features a deluxe King bed with our indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, two night tables with lamps, clock radio, dresser and very spacious closets.



Second Bedroom features x1 (one) deluxe Queen and x1 (One) Full bed with our indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, two night tables with lamps, clock radio, dresser and very spacious closets. We have upgraded the listing beds in the second bedroom and added one more Queen/Full bed, to host more guests and make it more comfortable.



The Living Room includes a sofa, folding bed (at request), two chairs, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. Please note that roof-top is not attached to condo but part of building amenities.



The gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen features Shaker-style birch cabinets and tile floors, granite counter tops and full-size Energy Star GE s stainless steel appliances (four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker), toaster, and coffee maker. -Note: If you need a folding bed, you need to let us know at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to your arrival. We'll try to accommodate your same-day request as much as we can, but it's not guaranteed if not planned unfortunately.

- Each guest have 1-2 hours to check the apartment and send us a message in case of anything missing/unclean so we can verify and react to ensure smooth check in process and comfortable stay. Any requests after this time-frame will be postponed until next day, thank you for understanding and cooperation

-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed.

-Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no-refund.

    I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern condo in Back Bay! The place was spotless, bright, and tastefully designed. Everything felt brand new and well-maintained. The location was perfect for exploring Boston, and the rooftop view was a lovely bonus.

    My friends and I made the trip to Boston to run one of the oldest women only 10K races in the US. Back-Bay Lux was the Perfect location!! It was an easy walk to Boston Common, and actually pretty much everywhere else we went. The condo itself was a perfect fit. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for what we needed and overall very clean. We ventured onto the rooftop garden one evening, and it provided a stunning view of the city. I would definitely stay here again!
