Stayed Jan 30, 2019We were up graded to a two bedroom unit - very spacious. That sadly is where it ended. No tea / coffee and no toiletries in the bathroom. In 30 years of using self catering in South Africa, this is the first time I have experienced this. Cold tap in shower unattached, drains blocked and very smelly. Air conditioning needed servicing, fan operative, but no cooling ability. Fan in bedroom should have been oscillating, but did not function. Cooking facilities basic, but functional - no grill pan. Outdoor furniture in a very poor state, plastic lats on table and benches broken and extensively burnt by cigarettes. This area had to be cleared of pigeon excrement prior to use. I am sure a little management input and attention to detail could sort all these issues.
