Newly renovated in 2018 and equipped with high-quality furniture, nothing to be desired. The living / dining room has a comfortable sitting area with sofa, footstool and flat screen TV. The sofa can also be converted into a sofa bed. There is also a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people together. Due to the floor to ceiling windows, this room is flooded with light. The balcony can be reached from here. The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.
