The Space:

Our recentlyrenovated two bedroom apartment features a chic, modern interior with stylish black and white decor, complemented by sleek wooden cabinets.

The apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen, free wi-fi, bathroom, double beds and a sleeping sofa, and a living & dining room and a terrace with city view. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in a double bed and a comfortable sleeping sofa.

Guests will appreciate the convenience of free street parking in the neighbouring streets. Please note that parking spaces are limited.



Guest Access:

Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.

Guests have access to the whole apartment and a shared laundry room. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience.

B2 is ideally situated in central Reykjavik near the vibrant Hlemmur food hall and a major bus station, with a cozy café conveniently next door. Located in a more tranquil part of the city, our apartments offer easy access to the bustling main street, Laugavegur, ensuring you can enjoy the best of both worlds—peaceful relaxation and lively city life.



A grocery store is just a 3-minute walk away, and within a 10-minute stroll, you'll find a pharmacy, a public park, a museum, and the scenic seaside.



Getting Around:

The BSI Bus Terminal is 700 metres away and a large public bus station in 4 min walking distance. The apartments are in a 45 min. drive from Keflavik Airport.

If you take the FlyBus from the airport, the nearest drop-off bus stop is at Snorrabraut and from there it's only 6 min. walk to the apartment.

If you don't have a rent-a-car most attractions and services are within walking range. You can also use the public bus.



Other Things to Note:

Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request.



We have cameras monitoring the common areas of the building and front doors, for your safety

    We had a great stay in the property. Very nice and clean and up to date. Management company was excellent and very responsive. Only improvement would be having a few more pieces of kitchen equipment - e.g. colander, draining rack.

    Stayed for two weeks with my mobility-impaired mother and teen daughter and the apartment was exactly what we needed. Wheelchair accessible, always able to find free street parking within a block or so, grocery store a few mins walk away, and an easy 5-10 min walk to all the sights, activities, and dining of downtown Reykjavik. Lots of natural light in the apartment. The apartment was spotless when we arrived with everything we needed for our stay. The management company was always immediately responsive via online chat with useful information when we had questions, and their website has all the basic information you could need. The free in-building laundry was great and easy to use. Thank you for helping to make our first visit to Iceland so wonderful!

    Very spacious with our family of 5. Check in instructions can be tricky but they did a great job of explaining it all. Washer/Dryer was a huge plus especially after the ring road. Location was close enough to all major points. Would stay here again.

    This was such a nice condo. Great neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to see. Awesome park just a couple blocks away (klambratun). The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Property manager responded to all communication really quickly.

    Easy check in and check out. Clean and well maintained, seems a newer building. It seems that the entire small building is rental apartments. We enjoyed the stay. The place was quiet and had excellent blackout curtains. We slept well. The kitchen is well equipped and has Nespresso machine with a few complimentary pods. We didn't really cook there, just simple heating and boiled some eggs. Location is a short walk from the main tourist street and many options for food. Excellent coffee place almost next door - at the corner. Parking was free in spots that are not labelled as paid parking, we could always find a spot (we stayed int eh second week of June).It was perfect for us. We had some questions before and during the stay and we always received very fast response from the host team. Thank you Heimaleiga team !

    Just needed a place to crash for a quick weekend in Iceland. Felt like home — modern and clean. 24 hour markets nearby and parking was low-stress. There’s a coffee shop connected. Perfect.

    The apartment ist gib enough for 4 people. It is exactly as shown on the picture. Parking is possible free of charge in front of the apartment. Down town is in walking distance.
