Stayed Jan 7, 2026B Flat is in a great location. Very close too downtown on the South Slope. We got lots of steps in exploring the area. Our vehicle was always safe and we felt the same way. We were in town for a show at the Orange Peel and you can see it from the parking area. Charlie Start and Benji Shanks put on an awesome show with a great opener as well. Good food nearby.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025Hidden gem in the heart of downtown Asheville! The quaint flat is super charming and has everything you'd need to feel comfortable during your stay. It's located in a commercial/residential mixed building and my sister and I felt very safe in and around the unit. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to our outings and avoided parking in the sometimes hectic downtown area. We will definitely be back again soon!
